A new generation of window solutions. 

A unique design, low maintenance costs, improved performance based on new technology. 

Made of hot extruded marine aluminum or in stainless steel. 

We have a standard program for different glass applications in stock - other design are available. 

All frames delivered with preservation, i.e. corrosion class 4, ISO standard and in final RAL 9010 color. 

All kinds of glass - monolithic - double - sound reduction - energy saving - fire retardant glass, all according to classification requirements. 

As an option the clamp on system can be delivered with surrounding box and window box system.

Windows acc. to design - 2 parted or more

Made of hot extruded steel or stainless steel profile. 

Glass list of stainless steel. 

Glass mounted in frame with CCJ special U-profile gasket system, which always stays flexible and minimizes the risk of corrosion. 

An alternative is standard sizes manufactured from steel profile and mounted with insulating box ready to weld into the bulkhead. 

Fire rated windows in escape routes, embarkation areas, lifeboat, and liferaft storage areas, lifeboat lowering zones. 

Fire rated windows and scuttles fulfilling IMO 754 (18) with CE approval module D, E, and F. 



Sliding Windows

Made from steel, marine aluminum or stainless steel profile - standard program for 80, 100, 120mm in stock - other heights are available.

Openable windows as 2 parted or more are also available. 

Glass will be mounted in a stainless steel rail system, tightened with CCJ special window gasket that always stays flexible and minimize the risk of corrosion. Mounted with monolithic glass - thickness acc. to requirements.

All frames delivered with preservation, i. e. corrosion class 4, ISO standard.

As an option the vertical sliding windows can be delivered with lifting device for the glass.

• Clear view screens in high quality - from dia. 250mm to 400mm. Integrated heating elements and connection to marine voltage. Delivery separate or mounted in a frame. Glass with thicknesses from 8mm to 25mm. 
• Wasing nozzles integrated in window frame, spray head nozzles of stainless steel, brass or plastic. Integrated nozzles reduce the pipe line systems on the outside of the bulkhead and thus reducing the risk of corrosion. 
• Window boxes - supply of thin plate normal steel box or stainless steel box - painted in RAL color acc. to requirements. 
• Wind screens - made of aluminum frames and mounted with tempered glass acc. to general arrangement.

Although the gasket is a relatively small component of a ship window, it plays a great role in terms of safety and lifetime of the window. With the correct gasket system the safety of the window is increased and you minimize the risks of leaking, corrosion and overall damaged that can be caused on the other components of the window, such as the glass, with an incorrect gasket system. 
We have developed more than 200 different U-Profile gaskets, both for normal windows & for fire rated windows.
