  • AHD-LED NAVIGATION AND SIGNAL LIGHTS
DNV-approved LED navigation lights for commercial applications
Compliant with USCG, SOLAS and IMO regulations
Long lifespan and high tolerance against voltage fluctuations

  • High reliability and compact design of the new navigation lights allow their installation on professional boats over 50 meters. For professional shipping long lifetime and low maintenance costs are essential. In comparison to traditional techniques available on the market, our newly designed bicolor side lights have remarkable advantages. Thus, energy consumption is reduced from 25 to 1.6 Watts. Furthermore, the lifetime of the new lights is much longer than the one of navigation lights existing on the market.

Very high-quality material, such as seawater-proof aluminum and stainless steel is used to produce our LED navigation lights. Weather-resistant lenses made of boron glass guarantee longterm transparency. Extensive endurance tests have confirmed the functionality and persistence of the LED navigation lights also under adverse seawater conditions. Due to high-performance LED, our navigation lights develop nautical reach of over two or three nautical miles, the masthead light even over five or six nautical miles respectively.

  • AHD-514 ANALOG ENGINE MONITORING SYSTEM
Compact system, designed with all required functions for starting, stopping, and monitoring marine diesel engines (as main propulsion engines or gensets).
    https://www.boening-usa.com/analog-engines...

  • The compact system AHD 504 / 514 has been designed and optimized for monitoring diesel engines. It provides all required functions for starting and stopping the  engine as well as monitoring all required measuring points. The device AHD 504 A / 514 A serves as the central unit and monitors the connected engine electronics. An  appropriate alarm is triggered when an alarm limit is reached. The data are displayed on a compact 5.7’’ Color Display AHD 514 / AHD 514 OB B which also provides the start / stop function. The Safety System AHD 514 S monitors the redundant sensors required by the classification societies and activates a safety stop if an alarm  occurs. An emergency stop system with separate power feed has also been integrated. The additional device AHD 504 NG allows the monitoring and measuring of the supply or generator voltage and frequency. Every system AHD 504 / 514 can be extended with the binary data stations AHD-PS 15, AHD-PS 30, AHD-PS 47, the relay station AHD-R101, and the data station AHD-SAS 15. All components have undergone a type approval  procedure according to the regulations of the classification societies (for details see the respective device).

The devices communicate via a common designated CAN bus. This CAN bus can also be used to display the engine data on for example a Panel PC AHD 1215 F. The second CAN interface of AHD 504 A or AHD 514 A can be used to receive and send engine data in the  protocol J1939 and to connect various engine control units (MAN EDC, EMC, EMR, ECU). The 56 most recent alarms can be displayed on AHD 514 OP. More logged events can be read with the configuration software DeviceConfig. The individual components of AHD 504 and AHD 514 can be freely combined with one another for various  applications (for example main engine control and  monitoring, generator voltage monitoring, etc.). Thus, an application specific and customized system is available for every application.
