The Rustibus® 2000-ECO, is our latest development to our R2000 walk-behind de-scaling machine from Rustibus, with a de-scaling capacity of 30 m² per hour. Part of the most powerful machine range available on the market, the Rustibus® 2000-ECO now has a waste collection system and vibration dampening handle, allowing for longer continuous use and also reducing the clean-up time.
Specifically designed for the marine industry, our patented chain drum technology on our R2000 machine delivers 200,000 impacts per minute enabling fast de-scaling without damaging the steel surface. With a lifespan of around 500 m², simply use the chain drum until fully spent and then replace it with an entirely new one.

The Rustibus® 1600, is a completely new model to join our walk-behind de-scaling machine range. Designed after a need to bridge the gap between our largest R2000 model and smaller R1200, the R1600 machine has already been a fantastic addition. The new compact narrow design of machine has improved user handing and has allowed for closer de-scaling around bulkheads and obstacles.
Specifically designed for the marine industry, our patented chain drum technology on our R1600 machine delivers 100,000 impacts per minute enabling fast de-scaling without damaging the steel surface. With a lifespan of around 300 m², simply use the chain drum until fully spent and then replace it with an entirely new one.

The Rustibus® R400 machine is the smallest model of our walk-behind de-scaling machine range, however, one of the most popular. The lightweight design of 18kg makes it a versatile machine for quick and easy transportation for use around the vessel. Despite being a smaller machine, it is very capable for heavy-duty de-scaling and features the same patented chain-link technology and Norwegian build quality as seen throughout the Rustibus range.

The RUSTIBUS® 25 Air Mini-Profiler is designed to achieve a profile surface of approximately 50 Microns (2mils) with a surface cleanliness of ST3+. It can be used on steel, non-ferrous metals, plastic, epoxy coatings and even rubber to create an anchor point at a speed of approximately 1 m² per minute.
The machine requires very little maintenance with the steel belts being the main consumable part. Simply remove and replace with a new belt without the need to carry out any repairs - simply and cost-effective solution
