Seatrax is known world-wide as the leader of Deepwater lifting and cranes for Harsh-Environment Mobile Offshore Drilling Units, but we also have a considerable portfolio of offshore and inland waterway heavy-lift and construction cranes mounted on barges and vessels, heavy duty-cycle dredge and clamshell cranes, dock cranes, portal cranes and many other novel designs. Seatrax includes locations in Louisiana and the United Kingdom, maintaining numerous U.S. and international patents while demonstrating our success in engineering, designing and manufacturing cranes that excel in a variety of offshore applications.    

What sets Seatrax apart is our ability to design and manufacture highly customized equipment to suit particularly difficult applications.  Seatrax routinely installs equipment built for harsh environmental conditions, high inclinations and accelerations and extreme duty-cycle requirements.   All Seatrax engineering and manufacturing is in-house, and we have an array of crane support arrangements (kingpost, roller, inverted kingpost, conventional ball ring), duty-cycle machinery combinations and electronics packages to draw upon to suit a customer’s particular needs.
