WEICON UW is a 2-component epoxy resin system with fast curing. It is particularly suitable for repairs and repair works, for example on pipes, pumps, tanks and containers. Due to its special formula, WEICON UW offers very good adhesion even when bonded under water. Therefore, it can be used in the entire marine and inland navigation sector, in wastewater systems and in all applications where moisture and wetness cause difficulties in the bonding process.

Flex 310 M FireSeal is a permanently elastic adhesive and sealant based on SMP with a fire resistance up to 120 minutes. Tested and classified for all joint structures according to EN 1366-4. The paint-compatible sealant with very low volume shrinkage meets the highest demands in terms of fire protection, such as the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation IMO FTPC Parts 2+5 as well as for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2 R22/23 HL3. The very low emissions allow safe indoor application. Flex 310 M FireSeal adheres very well even to powder-coated, painted, galvanised, anodised, chromated and hot-dip galvanised surfaces. It is suitable for use on metal, plastics, concrete and wood. The adhesive and sealant can be used in many application areas. It is suitable for fire barriers and covers, for joints in non-structural components with fire resistance requirements, for connection joints and for sealing cable ducts, pipe openings and housings.

WEICON SF has a DNV certificate and is particularly suitable for quick repairs and repair works on leaky pipelines, housings and gears, for anchorages, and for the production of fixing devices. The epoxy resin can be used in machine construction, tool construction, model and mould making, the maritime industry and in many other applications.

WEICON A has a DNV certificate and is particularly suitable for repair and maintenance work in the maritime industry. The epoxy resin system is highly filled with steel pigments, magnetic and its pasty texture allows application even on vertical surfaces. It can be used to remove corrosion damage and pitting or to repair holes and blowholes. For example, it can be used to reproduce heavy steel components showing severe damage by corrosion and pitting. In this case, WEICON A provides a real alternative to welding, as the application of the epoxy resin does not cause thermal distortion as in welding. The 2-component system can be used for repairs on tanks and pipes as well as for repairing cracks in engine or pump housings and machine parts. It is ideal for use in sewer systems where pipes and pipelines are exposed to strong media influences. Other applications include the manufacture of models, moulds, tools and clamping devices. 

WEICON Zinc Spray is approved by the German TÜV and provides all metal surfaces with a long-lasting cathodic corrosion protection. It forms a fast-drying, adherent protective layer of microfine zinc flakes. Even after more than 1050 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with WEICON Zinc Spray did not show any signs of corrosion. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental conditions. That way, WEICON Zinc Spray fulfils higher requirements than those defined by the DIN EN ISO 1461 standard. WEICON Zinc Spray can be used as a high-grade anti-rust primer, for the coating of welded joints and drill holes, as a conductive intermediate layer for spot welding and wherever metal must be protected against corrosion.

WEICON Anti-Seize is high-temperature-resistant and has excellent separating characteristics. Anti-Seize is used as a protection, realease and lubricating agent for highly stressed parts. Ideally compatible solid contents and selected additives enable a wide range of usage. WEICON Anti-Seize protects against corrosion, seizure and wear, Stick-Slip phenomena, oxidation, fretting corrosion and electrolytic reactions ("cold welding“).

WEICON Ceramic BL is filled with silicon carbide and zirconium silicate, offers high chemical and temperature resistance as well as extreme wear protection and high abrasion resistance. The epoxy resin system is especially suited for the lining of heavily stressed pump housings, as wear protection for slide bearings, slides, funnels and pipes and for the repair of castings, valves and blower fans. A coating with WEICON Ceramic BL, which gives surfaces a very smooth finish, increases the flow speed of liquids and thus increases the efficiency of pumps, pipes, valves, etc. by 5 % to 20 %. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in apparatus engineering and in many other areas of industry. Wear-resistant final coating for all Plastic Metal types. WEICON Ceramic BL is suitable in combination with one of the other WEICON Plastic Metal types for a system build-up as a surface finish for visual inspection.

The set is ideal for the emergency repair of defective and damaged pipes and pipelines. It comprises one WEICON Repair Stick Multi-Purpose, a special repair tape made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic, assembly instructions and one pair of protective gloves. The repair tape is soaked with a special resin and is activated by contact with water. The Pipe Repair-Kit can be processed without additional tools and provides reliable long-term sealing of cracks and leaks. It is very easy and fast to apply and shows excellent adhesive properties, high resistance to pressure and chemicals as well as high temperature resistance up to 150 °C. Within 30 minutes, the tape is fully cured and hard-wearing. Due to the fabric properties of the tape, the resulting high flexibility, and the easy appliaction, the Repair-Kit is especially suitabel for use on pipe bends, T-pieces, or areas difficult to reach. It can be used on different surfaces, such as stainless steel, aluminium, copper, PVC and many more.

WEICON Electro Contact Cleaner is a special cleaner for the fast and effective cleaning and degreasing of all kinds of soiled or corroded contacts. It was specially developed for the cleaning of electronic and mechanical components. The special formula with high-purity solvents removes oxide/sulphide layers, combustion residues and resinous or sooty soiling. WEICON Electro Contact Cleaner reduces voltage loss and increases electric conductivity. Contamination that can cause surface leakage current is removed. WEICON Electro Contact Cleaner can be used on electrotechnical or mechanical components, such as electrical machines, measuring instruments, tools, balances, switches and sensors or electrical connections, contacts, relays and switchboards.

WEICON from Germany presents WEICONLOCK - anaerobic adhesives and sealants that can be used for locking screws, fixing cylindrical joints or for sealing flanges and threaded pipes and fittings. They are resistant to chemicals, solvents and to high vibration and impact.

WEICONLOCK AN 302-43 is a thread sealant with higher viscosity and medium strength. It is normal to dismantle and suitable for threadlocking in the automotive industry and other applications.
