  • Oxyacetylene Cobot Cutting System
    Take the guesswork out of the cutting process. We use IHT cutting technology to make flame cutting reliable and easier to setup.  With IHT you can set your cutting parameters once and then call those parameters up at any time with the same results. With the included ITH FIT+ cutting torch, gas controller, and APC (Automatic Process Controller) you get industry-leading cutting technology with all these features:

    Plasma Cobot Cutting System

    We Use Hypertherm's PowermaxSYNC series Professional-grade 20-32 mm (3/4" -11/4") plasma cutter which provides automated process set-up and a revolutionary cartridge consumable platform for ease of use and optimized performance. It features a wide variety of torches and application capabilities that allow us to maximize features for cobot cutting and gouging.

    Additional Features:

    • variable surface detection - auto adjust for perpendicularity during the cut
    • touch and cut templates for common shapes and sizes (simple shape generator from centerpoint)

  • External Axes - Rotational & Linear for UR cobots
    External Axes move the robot or the part to where you need it. THG Automation has worked closely with Universal Robots to develop Coordinated Motion with external axes. The application is compatible with most other UR applications....
