Established in 2000, Reliability and Performance Technologies, LLC (R&P) is a small business operating under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management Systems (QMS), and have grown to over 320 employees supporting every Navy surface shipbuilding program office. We have core capabilities in Navy program/project management, ship modernization and design, engineering and technical support, production, prototype development/manufacturing, testing, logistics, configuration management, post-delivery, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and repair. Privately owned, R&P is headquartered in Dublin, PA with offices in Washington, DC; Chesapeake, VA; Bath, ME; Mobile, AL; Mayport, FL; Pascagoula, MS; San Diego, CA; and Marinette, WI. We offer subject matter expertise in Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems and mission systems and are a NAVSEA certified AIT company.
