On July 26, Blount Boats delivered Thomas X Grasso to Northport, NY. The new steel inland tug is the first of four vessels that will be operated by New York Canal Corporation personnel and positioned along the 524-mile canal system to support the operation and maintenance of the statewide navigable waterway. The second tug will be delivered in late October to Utica, NY.
