Metals USA is the service center leader in technological innovation. Our state-of-the-art blast and paint lines incorporate the latest developments in surface preparation and consistent finish coating. Our machines can process plates up to 2-1/2" in thickness and up to 144 inches in width and we can accommodate beam sections up to 36" x 18". In addition, we employ state-of-the-art high-definition plasma tables for clean and accurate plate scribing, burning, drilling and beveling. To compliment our burning capabilities, we can form flange plates and corrugation panels utilizing our 1500-ton x 45' Pacific press, our 46' x 1650-ton Ermak press, our 1000-ton x 22' Pacific press, or our 24' x 1200-ton Verson press. We have installed two plate rolls and have the capability to roll up to 1-1/4" thick plate x 120" long. In addition, we have multiple production saw cutting lines for cut to length structural projects. We can also produce high tolerance Split and welded Tees.
