Description

Before people arrive at your venue, they arrive on your website. Online ticketing is complicated and many people are faced with barriers. It is often impossible for disabled audience members, including people who are blind, d/Deaf, and/or living with vision or hearing loss, to book tickets independently. They may need to book specific seats with a screen reader. Others may use only a keyboard or find it impossible to locate the information necessary to book. Learn what you can do to improve the accessibility of your seating plans, the information needed to book with confidence, and some examples of what not to do with event listings.
