Description

In an interactive Q&A format, INTIX Mentor Committee Chairs will present three perspectives from three different verticals to showcase the positivity of mentoring experiences. Guest speakers will be asked the same two questions: “What were you expecting to get out of the mentor program?” and “What did you get out of the program?” Their answers will reveal the learning and growth opportunities provided by the mentorship program, which are not always what attendees might expect.
