Crystal Clear is the first ever mobile phone application that enables patients to ‘shop’ for their healthcare and eliminate the possibility of receiving a surprise medical bill. There is currently no mechanism by which patients can ensure that every member of their healthcare team is in-network to avoid surprise medical billing, a problem that costs our healthcare system over $40 Billion annually. Crystal Clear eliminates surprise medical billing by enabling patients to select the optimal location for elective procedures based on price, performance, and in-network availability of high-cost physicians. We also provide patients with real time electronic clinical quality measures (eCQM) so that patients can seek out the highest quality care for the lowest available price. In addition, Crystal Clear flags hospitals and medical facilities that charge additional fees unrelated to patient care and capitalizes on the Florida Patient Savings Act to ensure that patients receive savings accrued by their activity with direct cash to consumer payments.
