The Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation (Levan Center) is a public-private partnership between Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and Broward County linking the South Florida Innovation ecosystem. The Levan Center is focused on three themes (innovation, technology, entrepreneurship) and four pillars (Ideate, Incubate, Accelerate, Post-Accelerate), aslo known as the Founder's Journey. Each of the four pillars are supported by customized programs, events, and wraparound services. The Levan Center is designed to serve the community resulting in breakthrough ideation, creation of new technologies, new company formation, job creation, talent skills pipeline, and scaling of early-stage and young startup companies. The Levan Center is an economic and education development engine for South Florida with the potential for local, regional, national, and international impact.

The 54,000 sq. ft. facility consists of a military-grade cybersecurity range, technology makerspace, media production studio, volumetric capture studio, co-working space, program space, meeting space, huddle rooms, pitch theatre, commercial kitchen, and more.
