Mixing valves are used in DHW and hydronic applications to control water temperature to fixtures and heat emitters. When they're not, it can be pretty easy to point fingers even if it's not their fault! In this one hour session, we'll discuss installation of mixing valves, proper sizing, and symptoms of an improperly installed mix valve. With a better understanding of how they work, we'll take the mystery out of mixing valves!
