As the demand for high density optical cables continues to increase, e-Ribbon® will be an important key technology to help solve the many problems that may arise. e-Ribbon® is designed to be extremely flexible and malleable so that it can be packed into one tight space. e-Ribbon® cable provides an ultra-compact OSP cable that contains 144 to 864 bend insensitive fibers without losing advantage of mass fusion splicing. This cable allows for easier installation and the use of smaller ducts.
