Teel Plastics is an ISO 9001-certified, US-owned and -operated manufacturer of HDPE conduit. All our conduit products are made of 100% US-sourced content and manufactured in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Teel’s conduit meets or exceeds requirements for fiber optic, CATV, telecommunications, and more. Teel also offers pressure pipe for natural gas applications.
With our multiple state-of-the art extrusion lines, we are capable of running a variety of sizes, colors, and configurations to meet a variety of needs. Current offerings include standard, custom color, striped, ribbed ID, segmented reels, and more. Each extrusion line includes SPC tools to ensure precise quality and resin feed control and is fitted with a continuous inline gauging unit to ensure accurate and consistent pipe dimensions. Each of our lines can produce an entire truckload of pipe per day.
Before and after production, Teel uses its onsite, ISO 17025-certified analytical testing lab for material and product quality testing, adhering to a program that exceeds the requirements of ASTM F2160.
