Salt Lake Community College Lineworker Training Program
Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, where world class skiing and boarding meet blue ribbon fishing and trophy hunting, Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is dedicated to serving our community. We provide an affordable opportunity for students to gain the skills needed for employment in the Electric Power Industry. We work with both union and non-union, municipal and contractor partners in the electric power industry to develop and maintain our curriculum.
Students enrolled in the Lineworker Program at SLCC receive a combination of in-person instruction, online learning, and hands-on labs taught by industry professionals with over 200 years of combined experience to obtain knowledge, skills, and experience that set them apart from other applicants.
