What is Noted?

Noted: the Greeting Card Expo, is the newest show in the greeting card industry. This event – created by the community, for the community – will bring over 150 publishers and thousands of retailers to Brooklyn, NY to show their support for the greeting card community and share their latest products. 




For 70 plus years, a May trade show had been a key element of the industry, shaping the way we all work. Release schedules, winter holiday sales, and connecting to with our community all revolved around May. We believe that the community wants to preserve this tradition. At the same time, Noted is the result of talking to companies of all sizes across the industry about what they want out of a May event. What did we hear? Make it easier, simpler, shorter, cheaper, and with a greeting card focus. Noted was truly built by the community, for the community, and will continue to evolve as we learn together. 

Why should I exhibit at Noted?

For any company who has thought about exhibiting, but was afraid of the hassle or the learning curve, this event is for you. Each company receives space in an open, well-lit hall filled with qualified buyers. Your space will range from 6x3 to 20x20. 6x3 and 10x10 spaces include hard walls, lighting, shelving, a table, and stools. In short, everything you need to get started will already be there, the moment you walk in! The goal is no surprises. One price, easy setup, and you are ready to go.  

Noted is a curated event, and exhibitors will be grouped into a “neighborhood” of similar-minded publishers. Plus, exhibitors will receive complimentary lunch, drinks and, if that wasn’t enough, some nice neighborhood person will stop by to bring you a donut in the morning. You will also get a complimentary ticket to the LOUIE Awards Celebration and a VIP Reception on opening night.  

Build momentum for your products by showcasing them in the central “Gallery” which will feature new and emerging publishers in 6x3 exhibit spaces with shared meeting tables and give retailers the opportunity to view and purchase your products just in time for holiday season buying.  

How do I sign up?

“All-in” exhibit spaces start at $1,995.00 for a 6′ x 3′ space. And by all in, we mean ALL IN. This package includes hard walls with shelving, table, chairs, plus move-in assistance and food and beverage for exhibitors each day. Space is available for 6’ x 3’, 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 20’ or 20’ x 20’ displays. For more details and full pricing, view the prospectus and exhibit application.
