What is Noted?
Noted: the Greeting Card Expo, is the newest show in the greeting card industry. This event – created by the community, for the community – will bring over 150 publishers and thousands of retailers to Brooklyn, NY to show their support for the greeting card community and share their latest products. It's also one of the only places where the entire spotlight is on the cards.
Greeting Card Enthusiasts
Noted was truly built by the community, for the community and will continue to evolve as we learn together. It is the result of talking to companies of all sizes across the industry about what they wanted out of a Spring event. It is also NOT meant to turn a profit! Because it is managed by the U.S. – based Greeting Card Association, the goal is simply to break even. Any surplus will be put back into this year’s or future events. The 2019 event will take place in the Brooklyn Expo Center, just across the East River from mid-town Manhattan.
Why should I attend Noted?
Noted is an industry-backed event that aims to bring together the greeting card community and give attendees a chance to connect with one another and discover new products. It is a place for you to connect with your peers and celebrate the diversity of the greeting card industry.
Noted will fill the 2.5 days with the events and gatherings that you need to maximize your ROI. Saturday, May 18 kicks off Noted with an evening invitation-only Opening Party from 7-9 p.m. We encourage you to reach out to your card providers for an invitation. Noted will then open to everyone Sunday morning, May 19, and close at 5 on Monday, May 20. Sunday night you are invited to attend the annual Louie Awards Celebration (the greeting card Oscars) in South Brooklyn. Staying in town Monday night? There will be a variety of sponsored community happy hours and dinners to wrap up the event.
