  2. Log in using your Password (sent in your welcome email). 

How do I log in?

To log in to the attendee tools, click on the Login link in your welcome email or go here: https://s23.a2zinc.net/clients/GNA/ACTEXPO2019/Public/MyBriefcase.aspx

Enter your email address and Password in the appropriate fields.

How do I update my eBooth listing?

To update your ebooth profile:

  1. Log in to the Exhibitor Console using the password found in your welcome email.
  2. Select "Edit Booth Info".

  3. Fill in your company contact information.
  4. Scroll to the section where you are asked for "Website Url" and enter the company web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
  5. Select the categories for your products and services.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.

How can I search for exhibitors?

You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Event Map page or the Exhibitor List page.

To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.

The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

How do I preview my eBooth?

You can quickly preview any updates you make to your eBooth profile by clicking on the computer screen icon beside your booth number in the Exhibitor Console.

How do I build a list of favorite exhibitors?

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab.

How do I add Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, and Videos to my eBooth?

In the Exhibitor Console, click on Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, Videos.

Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.

Click on the "Add" button to save and exit.

If you cannot click on these items then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. Visit the Digital Promotion Packages page.

How do I search for exhibitor products?

Visit the Product Gallery and click on the search box at the top to search by keyword, category or subcategory.

How do I view exhibitor videos?

Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.

How do I know which exhibitors are having show specials on the exhibit floor?

Visit the Show Specials page to see what speical events exhibitors are planning in their booths. 

How can I find the latest exhibitor news?

Visit the exhibitor Press Release gallery to read the latest press releases posted by exhibitors.
