GRID EDGE SUPPORTERS

Supporter must have completed credit card information for the total cost. Contracts will not be accepted or processed, and sponsorship will not be held or assigned without the requisite deposit. The individual signing the Contract warrants that he/she has the authority to bind contractually the organization applying for the supporter item. Supporter agrees to pay the total balance due within 30 days of signing this contract. If IEEE requests an invoice for payment, supporter is obligated to pay the invoice amount upon receipt of invoice. Failure to do so shall result in an assessment of a late payment fee and may result in cancellation of the opportunity. Supporter agrees that the opportunity assigned shall be accepted, unless IEEE rejects it, within ten (10) days from the date of the contract. Understand and agree to abide by all terms and conditions governing the agreement. No refunds will be given except in such instance where the event is cancelled. An invoice will be sent to the contact listed in the agreement once the form is accepted. IEEE suggests the supporter retains a copy of the agreement for their files.
