Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their booth display complies with all exhibit dimension regulations. Refusal or failure may result in penalties as stated in Item 16 in the IFAI Rules and Regulations section of the Exhibit Service Manual.
Not without prior Show Management approval. It is a priority of IFAI's that Geosynthetics Conference is a beneficial event for everyone and packing up a booth before the close of the show deters from a successful show environment for all. Show Management will penalize early dismantle violators.
Please note: Exhibitors who start dismantling displays before the close of the show will forfeit all space selection points accumulated and be subject to additional penalties as stated in the IFAI Rules and Regulations, Item 16.
