Marketplace Chaplains provides a personalized and proactive employee/driver care service through the use of Chaplain Care Teams to companies like: Gordon Foods, McLane Company, Dot Foods, Pilgrim's, KeHE Distributors, S&W Wholesale Foods, Shamrock Foods. The service is voluntary to use, neutral from company operations and strictly confidential. Male, female and ethnically diverse chaplains who make regularly scheduled work site visits develop trusted relationships with employees. We help employees cope with personal problems like on-going family issues, finances, stress, illness, grief, care of aging parents, rebellious teenagers, conflicts with co-workers and many other personal problems they bring to work each day. As our chaplains develop relationships of trust, employees may also confidently reach out to them when a crisis in their lives or one of their family members occurs.
Our exclusive MyChap App, proactive emails, newsletters, texts and phone calls are some of the ways remote, mobile, offsite, working from home employees and over-the-road drivers receive care.
