Flex Membrane International’s principals have been in the roofing industry since 1978, when single-ply roofing was in its infancy. Flex pioneered the use of Elvaloy® Adhered Roof Systems to the Commercial Roofing Markets beginning in 1988 with the introduction of Flex’s FB Elvaloy® Fleece Backed Membrane, MF/R Elvaloy® KEE and PVC Membranes. The FB and MF/R products were developed with the assistance of the DuPont Company and are one of the only thermoplastic single ply systems compatible with asphalt. The successful track record of the DuPont Elvaloy® based products are well documented and have been in the market place for over 45 years. Flex’s Roofing Systems have been performing very well since their introduction in the State of Florida in 1988 and are still manufactured and produced with the same basic formulation today. Flex’s Manufacturing Facilities are located in Hillside, NJ and our products are manufactured by extrusion coating. Flex’s Sales and Technical Service Departments are located in Leesport, PA along with our warehouse and distribution operation.
