RTC is a Restoration Company that works on the Building Envelope and Parking Garages. We have been in business for 34 years and have an office in Dallas and Houston. Our employees perform virtually 100 % of all the work we do. We do not sub anything out on our projects, whether it be Stucco, EIFS, Caulking, Waterproofing, Glass and Glazing, Coatings, Structural Repair, Parking Garages, Masonry, Historical, Injection or Davits / tie-Backs. RTC works on Commercial Buildings and Multi-Family residences. We do not work on New Construction or Single Family houses. Challenging jobs and Major Restoration projects are our specialty.
