Western Colloid manufactures water-based “Fluid Applied Reinforced Roofing” systems designed to indefinitely extend the life of worn or aging low slope roofs. Systems are designed for application to BUR, Gravel, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply and Metal roofs. Systems are are FM 4470 Class 1 tested and approved. Additional approvals include UL, ICC-ES and Dade County. We manufacture energy saving “Cool Roof” reflective coatings that are CRRC listed and meet California “Title 24” standards. We provide extensive field training for the application of all of our products and systems. System warranties offered from 5 to 20 years.
