The achine, is be able to produce the classic baby diaper with side panels (or leg shape cut):

• Rectangular 2D fluff pad wrapped in two (upper & lower) nonwoven layers (tissues)
• Core Channels
• S.A.P. powder evenly applied in the center layer of the fluff core
• Short strip of ADL;
• Leg elastics;
• Back Symmetric Shaped Ears – One shape for all sizes / Or leg shape cut
• Front Symmetric Shaped Ears – One shape for all sizes / Or leg shape cut
• Frontal Tape;
• Non-woven leg cuffs welded by Glue to Central topsheet non-woven;
• Product Bi-folding;
• Optional Waist Band Elastic

The machine is capable of producing a baby pant diaper with following main characteristics and according to the specification provided by the client:

1. Continuous 2D pad - hourglass shaped -  fluff core wrapped in one single wide core wrap nonwoven and cut in discrete individual pads

2. S.A.P. powder homogenously applied in the centre layer of fluff core;

3. Textile Backsheet in line lamination, with synchronized printing (tolerance +0mm -4 mm);

4. Short strip of acquisition layer;

5. Leg elastic Lyrca application;

6. Leg & cuff elastics: in-ward construction made with the textile backsheet material and welded on the topsheet with glue bonding;

7. Waist & tummy elastics straight Lycra application;

8. In Line preparation of front and back waistband composed by: 

        Outer NW / Waist & Tummy elastics / Inner NW;

9. Deactivation of Tummy elastics;

10. Picture tape – phased (black mark)

The machine, is capable of producing a Pull Up adult diaper with following main characteristics:

Absorbent insert:

• Drum formed shaped single or double 3D absorbent pad,
• Fluff/SAP quantities, as per products specifications,
• Cut / placed acquisition layer shorter than pad length- placed on the nonwoven cover
• The insert will be slightly shaped with the same RDC that will cut overall the pant,
• Non-woven Topsheet with cuffs thermo or Ultrasonic welded
• Poly or Premade Textile Backsheet (Online lamination possible)
• No. 6 (3 each side) Curved Lycra leg elastics;
• Wetness Indicator & Code Bar Print (both Ink)

Chassis:

• Stranded chassis attached with minimal overlap of absorbent insert
• Full length Inner material to cover the insert edges,
• Lycra elastics will be used on the Front &  Back side panel. Both straight (Up to 42 straight elastics ) and curved (up to 9 curved)
• Shaped chassis panel on front and back of product: the shaping is achieved with a die cutting for leg opening
• Side panel alignment (front to back)
• Disposal tape at the back

The machine, is able to produce Brief adult diaper with following main characteristics:

Absorbent insert:

• Double drum forming configuration, with SAP and Fluff (flat cores);
• Nonwoven material for Elastic or Non Elastic Back and Front Side Panels (can be shaped or rectangular)
• Leg Shape cut
• Central Non-woven with cuffs Thermomecanically welded;
• Premade tape tabs (plastic & hook) (2 tabs per side);
• ADL layer cut intermittently just below the topsheet layer;
• Plain Poly backsheet or prelaminated textile backsheet;
• Lycra 3 straight leg elastics per side;
• Machine Direction folding followed by cross Direction three-folding;
• Wetness Indicator & Code Bar Print (both Ink)

The machine is able to produce sanitary napkin products in multiple configuration types:
