DP Series Rotary Joints

All-purpose rotary joints for water and thermal oil with balanced mechanical seal and roller bearings. Various sealing combinations are available, depending on application. Meets the special requirements of the printing and plastics industry. The rotary joints of the DP, DPN series (DN 6 – 100) are also available in ATEX-certified design.The series is structured as followed:

The small series, nominal width (mm) up to 6
The basic series, nominal size (mm) 10 to 50, also with variant DP-800
The stainless steel series, nominal size (mm) 10 to 50
The large series, nominal width (mm) 65 to 100

DP rotary joints are suitable for:

H/HW Series Rotary Joints

Universal rotary joint with maintenance-free carbon sealing rings and carbon bushings. Metal-impregnated sealing rings for thermal oil and higher pressure loads when used for hot water and steam. H3 features an integrated vacuum breaker for steam cylinders. These versions are suitable for the rotary transmission of water and steam and, depending on the series for the transmission of heat transfer oil. There is a basic series H and HW for the above-mentioned media up to DN100 and we offer reinforced versions HWA, HWB, HWX for higher speeds, loads and for large nominal sizes. Flexible modular system with retrofit table, flat-sealing housing flanges. A large number of different versions are available for this series.

The rotary joints of the series HWA, HWB, HWX (DN 15 – 100) are also available in ATEX-certified design.

DQ/DQL/DQT Series Rotary Joints

Rotary joints for thermal oil with high temperature and speed ranges, balanced mechanical seal. DQ, DQT, DQTX with additional cooling circuit for cooling and lubrication of bearings and seal. Meets the requirements of calenders operating at high speeds and temperatures. If thermal oil comes into contact with the oxygen in the air, chemical reactions in the form of coking or cracking occur. The seals are damaged and oil and oil vapours escape. The internationally patented DQ system prevents these effects and thus offers unique advantages. Oxygen in the air is separated from the thermal oil by a barrier medium. A cooling unit is used to cool down the sealing medium – the same heat transfer medium as in the main circuit – in the DQ and DQT series.

DQL version is limited to a temperature of 250°C, therefore a cooling unit is not required. The rotary joints of the series DQ, DQT (DN 25 – 150) are also available in ATEX-certified design.
