Univeristy og Georgia has a Nonwovens Processing and Characterization facilities. This includes 600mm wid emelt blown line, Corona Charging Capabilites, Slitter/Winder and Finishing and Converting capabilites. UGA is also in the process of setting up a mask production pilot line.
We have all the nonwoven testing facilties including filtration efficency, pressure drop, air permeability, hydrohead, porosity, absorbency, charge on webs, fiber diameter and diameter distribution, tensiel properties, tear and burstign strength and many more.
