Leading BC’s transition to an electrified, low carbon future, ECABC is a non-profit association working to strengthen BC’s electrical industry through partnerships and advocacy. Our membership is comprised of both union and open shop electrical contractors as well as associate members (manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and agents) working in businesses around the province. The members of ECABC are integral to the complete cycle of electricity, from generation to consumption.
ECABC has both a national and international voice, serving as a member of both the Canadian Electrical Contractors Association and the National Electrical Contractors Association. We are proud to work closely with industry partners including Technical Safety BC, BC Hydro, the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, the Canadian Standards Association and SkilledTradesBC, for the improvement of the industry, and regularly meet with all levels of governement to help ensure the future remains bright.
