Come sign the Builders Code Pledge for an Acceptable Worksite today!

The Builders Code sets a standard code of conduct for workers on construction sites. It defines an “Acceptable Worksite” as the starting point for reducing risk and ensuring a safe and productive environment for all workers.

Developing new skills takes training, and worksite culture change is no exception. Builders Code courses are fully facilitated group sessions built by industry for industry to help improve worksite culture in BC’s construction sector.

Builders Code Employer Advisors are knowledgeable coaches ready to help construction employers navigate situations that arise on the worksite related to hazing, harassment, discrimination and bullying.

The Builders Code was created and designed under the leadership of the BC Construction Association, with expertise and in-kind contributions from its supporting partners, BC’s Regional Construction Associations, EBT and MinervaBC.

Visit our booth at the Workforce Solutions Centre to learn about available training, policies, the Builders Code Champion Awards and more.
