In October of 2022, The BC Construction Association (BCCA) launched the Builders Life Campaign, a major talent acquisition campaign. You may have seen the images of skiers, campers, cyclists while watching major sports events on TV, or on billboards around your city.
By focusing on lifestyle messaging – get the skills you need to live the life you dream of – The BCCA has been able to attract more than 8,000 British Columbians, and counting, to apply for skilled trades jobs that will lead to apprenticeship.
Now, we’re looking to match them up with construction employers.
