The California Compliance Navigator within IESVE Software integrates two modeling perspectives (1) Design, and (2) Title 24 Compliance. Using a unique integrated 3D modeling approach, the integrated IESVE model can be used for LEED, Utility Incentives (CEDA), solar & daylighting design, the AIA 2030 Challenge, HVAC design, PV+Battery sizing and Title 24 Compliance of non-residential buildings (new construction). Simulation of energy storage solutions include optimized controls for Time-Of-Use (TOU) utility rates and Advanced Demand Response (DR).
IESVE Software is certified by the California Energy Commission for Title 24-2019 Compliance and is used to achieve points for the following LEED Credits: (1) Optimizing Energy Performance with ASHRAE 90.1; (2) Renewable Energy; (3) Grid Harmonization; (4) Indoor Air Quality Performance with ASHRAE 62.1; (5) Thermal Comfort with ASHRAE 55; (6) Daylight Simulation; (7) Indoor Water Use Reduction; and (8) Integrative Process.
