The complete, optimized design of the BioBarrier MBR system dramatically simplifies the settling, screening, direct aeration and ultrafiltration of the wastewater treatment process to remove 99.9% of the contaminants. Certified to NSF/ANSI 40 class 1, NSF/ANSI 245 (nitrogen reduction), and NSF/ANSI 350 standards, this blackwater/greywater treatment system establishes the material, design, construction and performance requirements for onsite residential and commercial applications. Installed below or above grade in locally sourced tanks, the BioBarrier MBR and HSMBR, from 500 GPD to 27,000+ GPD flows, also meet water quality requirements for the reduction of chemical and microbiological contaminants for non-potable water use. The treated wastewater (i.e. high quality effluent) can be used for restricted indoor water use and/or unrestricted outdoor water use. Pre-engineered stormwater treatment system removes trash, sediment, oil and other pollutants from stormwater runoff. The BioSTORM®’s unique off-line design consists of a patented StormTEE® self-cleaning deflector screen and a modular separation/coalescing unit, all housed in readily-available precast concrete tanks. The versatility of the system allows components to be used separately for different applications, or together to form a complete BioSTORM system. As a “Sustainable Permeable Stormwater BMP”, the d-Rain Joint® linear rainwater filtration device is a truly remarkable and revolutionary alternative to pervious paving that addresses surface stormwater runoff; perfect for public, commercial and private driveways, around swimming pools, patios, walkways, parking lots.

These embedded devices instantly beneath the impervious, “hardscape” surface(s) at up to 5 gpm per linear foot of rainfall and drain quickly and safely into an underlying engineered drainage bed of gravel. Using low-cost, harder substrate, the solution to provide a permeable, pavement system (PPS) can be used wherever stormwater management requirements are needed for a driveway, parking lot, garage, large patio, community common areas and streets, pool areas, sports architecture, shopping or theme park developments, alleyways or public walkways.
