    • Blueprint’s scope of work is specifically tailored to address the most demanding elements of your project. Our scope includes your project’s complete rough-framing package to include the weather resistant barrier, and installation of exterior windows and doors, as well as the complete suite of your project’s MEP and Fire Protection systems including the portions of those systems that are not in the wood frame.
  • Mechanical Room Pods
    Mechanical Room Pods can be manufactured and assembled increasing speed & efficiency, quality, allowing for better cost certainty and reducing risk....

    • In addition to our typical scope of work, Blueprint Robotics has manufactured and installed mechanical room pods at a project in Purchase, New York. Each pod is inclusive of drywall and paint and furnished with an air handler & ERV, water heater with expansion tank, and sprinkler backflow preventer and piping. This advancement in our building method vastly improves efficiency, quality, and speed, while also significantly decreasing the amount of costly on-site labor required for this project. 
  • 3D BIM Process
    Blueprint will review constructability, detect and resolve system clashes, and coordinate your design in 3D with your architect, structural and mechanical engineers, and your general contractor....

    • Blueprint project managers and production engineers will direct a real-time shop drawing process in a 3D production software, that will ultimately produce machine files to precisely fabricate your project.
