Verdani Institute for the Built Environment
CaVIBE is a Southern California-based non-profit advocating for green building education and the rapid scaling and expansion of green building practices. VIBE was created in 2017 by Verdani Partners, a leading full-service ESG consulting firm specializing in sustainable real estate, to expand upon Verdani’s research, education and collaborative engagement platforms.
With the looming threat of global temperature rise and buildings making up such a large percentage of GHG emissions, our mission is to catalyze the built environment toward being a positive force for global sustainability. We have existing solutions and technologies to build more sustainable buildings that are healthier for their occupants and for their communities - but these solutions must be scaled more quickly. We're upskilling the real estate workforce by increasing sustainability literacy, collaborating with colleges, universities and corporate partners, and producing top-flight research on all things sustainable real estate.
VIBE's vision is for a built environment that is decarbonized, resilient, and lives in harmony with nature.
