### What We Do
USS-PANEL® Technologies Inc. develops and supplies evolved Structural Concrete Insulated Panels (SCIP) for residential, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, industrial, telecommunications, and mission-critical infrastructure applications.
With more than 26 years of international experience, including 10 years in Europe and 16 years in the United States, our team has advanced the application of SCIP technology to create monolithic building envelope systems that combine structural strength, energy efficiency, durability, resilience, and long-term performance.
The USS-PANEL® system combines EPS insulation, galvanized steel reinforcement, and structural concrete to create a continuous monolithic building envelope for walls, roofs, and floors.
Based on extensive testing and decades of completed projects, the system has demonstrated exceptional structural integrity, durability, energy efficiency, fire resistance, hurricane and seismic performance, acoustic insulation, and long-term resilience. Its inert materials, monolithic construction, low maintenance requirements, and extended service life contribute to a highly sustainable building solution designed for generations of performance.
