Immudex manufactures Class I and Class II MHC Dextramers, the leading MHC multimer reagent for the detection of antigen-specific T cells for research and in vitro diagnostics. Our dCodeTM Dextramers enable detection of over 1000 CD8+ T cell specificities in a single sample. In collaboration with 10X Genomics and BD we have enabled correlation of T cell specificity, cell surface phenotype, and alpha/beta pair TCR sequencing on a single cell level on both 10X and BD platforms.
