Overview

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are 1E6 times smaller than cells by volume and are difficult to reliably measure via flow cytometry. Cellarcus Biosciences’ vesicle flow cytometry (vFC™) assay kits include protocols, reagents, controls, standards, and analysis templates that leverage enhanced sensitivity of modern flow cytometers to enable quantitative EV size, concentration, and multicolor cargo measurement directly in biofluids or cell culture supernatants in a simple, no-wash assay.
