Union Biometrica COPAS FP™, BioSorter® and COPAS Infinity™ Large Particle Flow Cytometers automate analysis and sorting of objects too big/fragile for traditional cytometers, e.g., large cells/clusters, cells in/on beads and small model organisms (2-1500 micron diameter). The COPAS Vision™ cytometer adds brightfield image capture on the fly for convenient identification of objects. The VAST BioImager™ platform automatically loads and rotates 2-7 dpf zebrafish larvae for organ-level imaging. Mounts on many upright microscopes for cellular-level fluorescence imaging.
Union Biometrica’s new COPAS Infinity™ platform offers expanded capabilities for analysis & sorting of objects too big/fragile for traditional cytometers. Infinity combines high sensitivity optics, aerosol containment and UV sterilization -- all packaged in a smaller footprint sized for optional installation in a biosafety cabinet. All COPAS models are optimized for gentle sorting of large objects such as large cells/clusters, cells in/on beads and small model organisms (2-1500 micron diameter).
