Now in its 34th year, FDR is known throughout the federal community as a trusted and respected source for high quality professional training
for federal HR, EEO, diversity, employee/labor relations and ADR practitioners.
We seek presentation proposals that provide training on conflict resolution in the federal workplace with a focus on the tools necessary to limit complaints and grievances before the EEOC, MSPB, FLRA and the courts.
Presentations should be educational, informative and interactive; meet clearly defined learning objectives, which you must include in your proposal; and provide the attendee with useful takeaways.
Eligible speakers include senior-level HR professionals and EEO practitioners in federal agencies, employment/labor attorneys who service the federal government, and recognized subject-matter experts in HR and EEO as they apply to the federal workplace. Each sesson should have clearly described takeaways, with practical solutions that can be immediately implemented when attendees return to the office. FDR provides training in accrordance with 5 CFE 410.404
FDR Training offers the following types of sessions:
Full-Day Pre-Conference Workshop (7 hours)
Workshops are held on a dedicated pre-conference day (Monday) and are only open to attendees with additional registration.
Workshops offer time for intensive study of a topic and are designed to be interactive.
Half-Day Pre-Conference Workshop (3.5 hours)
Workshops are held on a dedicated pre-conference day (Monday) and are only open to attendees with additional registration. Workshops offer time for intensive study of a topic and are designed to be interactive.
Breakout Session (75 minutes)
Presentations should include time for attendee questions. Limit of two presenters per Breakout Session.
Sessions should fit into one of the following categories:
EEO – Equal Employment Opportunity

ATY – Attorney/Legal
