Profile

Mrs. Holliday McDonald is a practicing attorney with 18 years of federal government service. From 2001 to 2008, she was an attorney-advisor with HUD’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG). In 2008, she joined the Department of Homeland Security’s OIG serving in several roles including, the Employee Relations Program Manager and a senior attorney litigating before the MSPB and EEOC. Currently, she is Division Chief of the Personnel Law Division managing a team of attorneys and employee relations and performance management specialists. In 2018, she received the OIG Honor’s Award for Excellence. Committed to service, she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves on the Williams Franklin Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee. Prior to federal service, she was a Child Support Enforcement attorney in the District of Columbia. She received her Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University School of Law and her BA from Georgetown University.
