Having devoted almost 20 years to the fields of inclusion, diversity, and healthcare, there is one thing that Ryan Sallans has found to be consistent: “When we address the barriers that are presented to transgender individuals in the workplace, we address barriers that impact us all because of our gender.” This keynote will take you through a basic human sexuality lesson surrounding our sex, gender, expression and orientation, and then move into a personal story of how Ryan assists federal agencies in creating inclusive and more open environments for federal employees and the people they serve.
