Description

Telework, leave, and reassignment are complicated accommodations that are often confusing to agencies. The impact of the pandemic, with substantially increased telework and unique medical needs of employees, has only added to the uncertainty. When are these accommodations required? When can a different accommodation be offered? And when is a requested accommodation an undue hardship? Jo Linda Johnson and Kendra Duckworth Shock will help you understand the parameters of these three accommodations and when they are appropriate. There will be ample time for questions.
