You will learn ideas for how to overcome challenges to remotely trying to mend severely fractured workplace relationships and improve employee engagement and morale, while accomplishing the agency’s mission. The session will focus on how to remotely reengage and facilitate employee and labor involvement to better accomplish the agency’s mission, ways to measure success, and how to engage in alternative methods of negotiating and resolving conflicts — all while cultivating a workplace culture that will lead to sustained success.
