Are we ready to manage and resolve workplace conflict online? What does Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) really mean and how are ODR behaviors and protocols similar to and different from ADR? What new skills must workplace ADR practitioners master in order to become competent ODR practitioners? Are some conflicts not appropriate for ODR? Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Wolf are highly experienced full-time practitioners of federal sector workplace ADR and ODR, and they will tackle these and other thorny questions about practical aspects of resolving workplace conflict online.
