Description

The EEOC's MD-715 barrier analysis is designed to identify the root causes of disparity in employment opportunity so that federal agencies can remedy the shortcomings of their policies, procedures, and practices. Although the goal is clear, practitioners have struggled with the details. This full-day workshop is designed to proactively address areas where agencies fall short and provide practical ideas for improvement. The presenters will lead an active discussion on barrier analysis and trigger identification as they relate to Part H and Part J of the MD-715 report. You'll leave with your questions answered and a renewed sense of confidence in identifying and applying the requirements needed for an effective action plan.
