Profile
Veronica Venture currently serves as the Deputy Officer for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL), and the DHS EEO & Diversity Director. Ms. Venture possesses significant expertise and experience with the federal EEO process and diversity management. Ms. Venture served nine years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and 12 years at the EEOC, where she held numerous positions.
