Profile
Richard Vitaris retired from the MSPB after serving as an AJ for 28 years. He started his career as an Army Judge Advocate and later served as a Labor Counselor for US Army Forces Command, Second US Army, and Third US Army, at Ft. McPherson, GA. He writes a bi-monthly column on Employee Relations for cyberFEDS and has lectured extensively on MSPB law and practice.
