J. Douglas Whitaker – Doug is a Senior Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel, Office of Principal Legal Advisor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. In that position, Doug is responsible for providing labor and employment law advice to managers who oversee more than 20,000 employees in more than 400 offices as part of the Department Homeland Security’s largest investigative agency.
